Arrow Fund
Arrow – Small Business Finance is a loan guarantee scheme aimed at those businesses that are having difficulty raising finance through the usual sources like bank loans and overdrafts.
The initiative was launched in 1994. At that time it was amongst the first initiatives to provide finance for businesses to start up or grow in Birmingham’s most disadvantaged communities. With that target in mind, the name Arrow seemed appropriate.
Arrow lends:-
From £1,000 – £10,000;
To start-ups and existing businesses;
On an unsecured basis;
For repayment periods up to three years with monthly payments of capital and interest;
For working capital purposes and/or equipment purchase;
To create or safeguard a job.
