Business Insight, based on the Ground Floor of Birmingham Central Library, is an Enterprise Agency dedicated to helping small businesses and those who want to start working for themselves. Besides having a full range of business information on the site it can also take enquiries via telephone on 0121 303 4531 or via email at business.library@birmingham.gov.uk. This is a free service.
Business Insight has several qualified Business Advisors who can give one to one confidential advice. It also holds a regular series of seminars and business fairs. Some of the seminars are given by outside bodies such as HM Revenue and Customs. Business Insight can also help you form a Ltd Company with their 24 hour business registration service in association with Companies House.
